2. Products and usage

Our products are registered and marketed as cosmetic products and should not be considered medicine, dietary supplements, or treatment products.

Dropbis makes no medical claims and does not guarantee a specific effect. Individual experiences vary, and we always recommend seeking medical advice for health or medication questions.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • VISA

  • VISA Electron

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay

  • MobilePay Online

The amount is only charged when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

All payments are processed via SSL encryption, so your card details cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

When the order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive emails from us, please contact us at hello@dropbis.de.

5. Delivery and shipping

We ship all orders with GLS.

We strive to ship within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and any holidays.

The shipping price is shown at checkout.

If a package is not picked up or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a fee of 30 kr. will be charged for reshipment.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must write to us at hello@dropbis.de before the deadline expires.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in sealed original packaging

  • Customer pays return shipping themselves

  • The amount will be refunded within 7 days after we have received the item

The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses and wholesale purchases.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee (30 days — additional service)

As a voluntary service, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to first-time buyers.

Terms:

  • Applies only to the first purchase of one bottle per customer

  • Also if the product is purchased in a multipack

  • The customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt

  • The warranty applies to only one bottle

If the product does not meet expectations, we will refund the amount for one bottle.

Note: This is not a statutory right of withdrawal, but an additional service from Dropbis.

8. Warranty rights (24 months)

You have a 24-month warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act if the product has a defect or deficiency.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you have discovered the defect.

We reserve the right to either:

  • to repair the defect

  • to exchange the product

  • or refund the amount if neither of the first two solutions is possible

9. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to shop at Dropbis.

If there is suspicion of underage buyers, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

10. Ordering to other countries

When ordering abroad, it is the customer's own responsibility to ensure that the product complies with local laws, including any regulations for hemp or cosmetic products.

Dropbis disclaims liability for products sent to countries with differing legislation.

11. Discount codes

Discount codes are issued only by Dropbis.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items.

12. Personal data and GDPR

We only collect information necessary to complete your order:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Purpose:

  • Delivery of goods

  • Order updates

  • Handling of right of withdrawal and complaints

Storage:

Information is stored for up to 5 years according to the accounting law.

For newsletters, data is stored until consent is withdrawn.

Data processors:

We only share data with partners necessary for operations:

  • Shopify (e-commerce and hosting)

  • Klaviyo (email marketing)

  • GLS (shipping)

All data processors comply with applicable GDPR regulations.

Your rights:

You have the right to:

  • access information

  • have information corrected

  • request deletion

  • withdraw consent

13. Right to Complain
